Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags attached
Items showing signs of wear may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We recommend exchanges for sizing adjustments. To request an exchange, submit a return request and select your preferred size. If the size is unavailable, you may choose another item or request a refund and purchase again once it becomes available.
Refund
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for the refund to appear.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn or washed products
- Underwear
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

We provide free return shipping for all exchanges and defective items. For standard returns, a $5.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or full refund right away at no cost to you.
Most sale items can be returned within 30 days. However, items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
